Jeni Walls

Jennifer Walls is a neurodivergent multi-disciplinary theatre artist with a twenty-year professional career as both a stage performer and voice actor, best known for her work as an impressionist. In recent years she has made the move to the creative side and now works as both a director and wig designer/stylist in addition to performing.

A graduate of the prestigious Musical Theatre Performance Program at Sheridan College, Jeni made her Toronto stage debut in the Canadian Premiere of Reefer Madness the Musical to critical acclaim. She has also enjoyed leading roles in Beauty and the Beast, The Wizard of Oz, Rent, Hard Core Logo the Musical (Canadian Premiere) Recurring John (Canadian Premiere) and High Fidelity the Musical (Canadian Premiere). She has spent seven seasons at the Victoria Playhouse Petrolia where this past season she starred in and did wig design for the original two-hander Dynamic Duos showcasing twenty-one celebrity impressions. She was also a finalist on CBC’s How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?

As a voice actor she can be heard on a variety of animated series and commercials and is currently the voice of the Family Channel, Family Jr. and Wildbrain TV networks. She also works as a coach for young working voice actors in both commercials and animation.

As an educator, Jennifer works as a private voice and performance coach, specializing in working with neurodivergent students. Using a holistic approach, she is passionate about creating spade, supportive and inclusive spaces for learning, focusing on process rather than perfection.
