Tess Benger

Tess is an actor, singer, dancer, and environmentalist.

She grew up in downtown Toronto in a family of passionate artists.

Tess is a proud graduate of Sheridan College's Musical Theatre Performance Program.

Most recently she received her second Dora nomination for her portrayal of Johanna in Sweeney Todd. The previous year she was nominated for Dot in Sunday in the Park with George. Other credits include three seasons at the Shaw Festival, Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables in Charlottetown, Alice in Alice in Wonderland (Bad Hats/Soulpepper), Girls Like That at Tarragon and much more!
